So we moved up to salt lake last week. We weren't sure where we were going to move when it came to april 25th. We had to be out of our apartment on that date and we didn't have any plans. We applied for the family housing at the U and there is usually a long waiting list but the next day we got an email saying that they had an apartment open for us. Wo! Another great thing about it is that our apartment is about 50 yards away from Rene and Anthony!
So I used this whole last week to pack and pack and find more boxes and pack and throw stuff out and then move up to the U. We LOVE our new apartment! It's so fun trying to make it appealing. We have some lovely red couches that we got for free covered in arizona/native american designs. They are so comfy but they are quite funny looking, although they are starting to grow on me. I love having couches! We also just picked up some magnificent brown hotel-looking carpet for free that adds to the beauty of our apartment. Just imagine the two together. Yesterday we found a table that is actually a mini ping-pong table. net and all! It is so cool! Anyways, I just wanted to fill you in. Right now Chip is doing his internship while I am looking for a job and an internship in public health and I am driving down to provo 2x a week for my last two classes!

2:00 am

it is currently 12:30 am and we are writing papers at the library. the BYU library is open until 2:00 am for the last few weeks of school and chip and I have found ourselves frequenting the opportunity! (does that make sense?) I just finished one of my assignments and am therefore taking a break from my studies and taking pictures:

i just had our neighbor take this picture of me and chip. chip got a new hair do. he couldn't choose between a steven or a jordann style. what do you think?

Congratulations Chip!

We are pleased to announce that Chip was accepted into the Masters program for Social Work at the U this Fall! The opportunity kinda popped up out of nowhere, thanks to Rene! We are really excited to live up in Salt Lake! I think Chip is especially excited because we will be close to the huge Asian Market!
