It was so nice to finally spend some time at the beach! I love the beach! The water was so nice!! Jordy and my mom and I played in the water with floaties and it was fantastic!
While I was taking a little nap on the beach Jordy created these little guys with some charcoal she found. I thought they were so great! And as you can see, Jordy is great at taking jumping pictures!

I also got to spend some time with Kimmy! We had a sleepover and kimmy made some yummy home-made flan! MMmmmmm...
I hadn't seen my friend Allie since highschool and it was so good to see her!

It was really great to see my Grandma. She is pretty sick right now. She has cancer and is doing chemo-therapy and radiation. I was really glad to be able to spend some time with her!
On the way home, it was so beautiful when we were driving through Utah. We pulled over to take some pictures.

Grandma looks tired. Looks like you had a good trip, I bet you missed your husband like crazy though. Even fun trips without my husband are always a little bittersweet.
It's always fun to spend time with family and old friends. I'm glad you got to go down there. I agree with brielle, grandma killpack does look tired....I hope she is coping ok.I love all the beach pics! We are excited to see you too! Yeah for saturdays!

Tell your grandma Hi and I love her and miss her and wish her well and I'm thankful for all the times she let me stay at her house! I'm so sorry to hear she has cancer, she is an awesome lady! I love all your pictures... yay for California!
random, but bex...have you ever met jordy's little wooden friend that she drew a face on. she used to insist that it ate dinner with us. it made me CRAZY...but of course, dad would pull up a stool for it. it had a name, but i so don't remember it. oh man...that girl...
